We went to the zoo over the weekend, and like always, Lella enjoyed it very much.
It got me thinking to do some play with the zoo theme. In our backyard there is these huge rocks we could not get out when we build the house, so it inspired this small world setting (knew those rocks where there for a reason other than frustrate hubby).
I put out a container with water, one with "food" (saw dust), used toilet paper rolls for trees(stuck in some real leaves) and the plastic wild animals.

The crocodile goes for a swim! And that led to all the animals taking a bath!
It was actually very hot outside, despite of the umbrella, so we did not play for long, then moved to the shade.
It was a fun, imaginary activity which Lella (and mommy) enjoyed;)
