We love playing outside, but when it is too cold, too hot, too windy or rainy, and we'd rather stay indoors, we play silly, spur-of-the-moment games. Let me share what we did yesterday:
We made an obsticle course with the chairs and bean bags.
Developing #grossmotorskills and #spatialrelationskills while getting rid of that energy (or trying, at least!)
Then we used the coloured mats to do some jumping.
"Jump on the yellow mat, green mat", etc. (#colorrecognition)
"Throw the bean bag on the pink mat,green mat", etc. (#handeyecoordination, #estimation, #colourrecognition)
Lella had fun doing these activities, and mom loved it, because she only gave orders;)
