Playdough and Beads

Yes, it's still the grape playdough we play with! Almost a month later,and still goid as new! But I guess a new colour would be nice,mmmm....

This time I took out some picture beads and we played with that. 

     Making imprints

     Decorating cupcakes

     Making funny faces

     Matching the shape to the imprint

Just going with the flow, really, playing along with her imagination, sneaking some learning in where I can. Talking about what she sees, #languagedevelopment, what she feels, #sensoryexperience etc.

It is so relaxing to play with dough, and I must say, she can play for a while without getting bored (and like all 3year old, when boredom sets in, so does naughtyness, usually she will start eating the dough, then I know she is done playing!). #attentionspan, #emotionaldecompression are accomplished through this simple play activity as well.
